New releases (of interest): April 26th

Explosions In The Sky: Take Care, Take Care, Take Care – Much like macbeam, I ❤ this band.  I absolutely buried This Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place in law school, and the Friday Night Lights franchise, I often think, is my favorite movie-TV show combo largely for the EITS inspired soundtracks.  Their live performances do not disappoint either.  Their latest TC, TC, TC is yet another unbelievable movement of emotion in sound, taking you to the precipice of that momentous occasion you have anxiously awaited for years, then slowly parachuting you down into the chasm of uncertainty and out-of-placeness you once climbed up from, all to do it over again in the next track.  Buy it.  And if you don’t, at least take the 7 minutes to listen to this track while you return back to the abyss.
